Heatwaves could soar temperatures as high as 42C all around Asia, especially China. In order to anticipate the overheat temperature, China officials in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, had opened 10 cooling shelters to protect the residents from the heat. People could child out in the 25c room every day.

These shelters are expected to help the residents to cool off in the day as the hot summer days would be intensively hot. Previously, people had to find a big tree and cool off in the shadows. Now, people working on the streets like police officers and mail man or bike  messenger could cool off and rest for minutes in the shelters.

People in the summer often faint from the heat while working outside. Now when you feel tired the best option is to relax and cool off.

The use of air shelters from officials was a brilliant idea. More than 2000 air raid shelter protecting residence back  in the 1970 are almost left out after the war. And now with a great vision they could be used to help people going through the day.

The local government choose 10 of the best well kept and maintained air raid shelters and renovated them for the nowadays residents.
